Day 1 – Arrival day
- Arrive at Cairo Int’l Airport, clear customs and immigration, and transit to the hotel to relax.
- Free afternoon/evening in Cairo to settle in.
- Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2 – Touring day
- Explore the Pyramids of Giza, ride camels on Sahara Desert dunes, and visit the Great Sphinx.
- Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3 – Touring day
- Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (expected opening November/December 2023) and then visit the Royal Mummy Collection at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.
- Overnight in Cairo.
Day 4 – Touring day
- Explore the Citadel of Saladin, the Alabaster Mosque, the Coptic Quarter, Old Islamic Cairo, and the medieval Khan el Khalili bazaar.

Day 5 – Transit day
- Free morning in Cairo to relax or explore more on your own.
- Fly from Cairo to down Aswan in the early afternoon (1.5 hours).
- Free evening in Aswan to settle in.

Day 6 – Touring day
- Explore the Temple of Isis at Philae and then visit the Nubian Museum.

Day 7 – Touring day
- Strike out on a day trip by road to Abu Simbel (3 hours each way).
- Visit the Temples of Ramses II and Nefertari at Abu Simbel.

Day 8 – Sailing day
- Board the dahabiya sailing yacht late-morning and embark on your Nile cruise.
- On arrival in Kom Ombo, hope off the boat for a visit to the Temple of Sobek and Haroeris.
